What Causes Premature Skin Ageing?

Premature skin ageing is something many of us worry about, but do we really understand what causes it? While aging is a natural process, certain lifestyle choices and environmental factors can accelerate it. Let’s break down the key culprits behind premature aging and how to combat them naturally. 1. UV Radiation & Sun Exposure The sun is one of the biggest contributors to premature aging.
