Brilliant – lower face has firmed up so much since doing your programs and less lines on my forehead

This membership has been the only way i have been able to stick to my face yoga. I am really pleased with the changes in my face over the time i have been a member, but you have to be consistent – i find the live classes really help because i put them in my diary and even if i don’t end up doing it live, i always do the catch up later.

I am very happy recommend because I have seen a significant improvement in my lower face. Everything is just firmer and more taught.

In general, very satisfied, occasionally the video freezes but I live in remote area so think that may be my internet

The on demand stuff works best for me because i travel a lot and often miss the lives. I have done several of them so far and each one has made a bit more of a difference to my face.

After 2 months my progress pics were incredible, I had been super committed so I was so proud of what I had achieved

I was so happy with with my results but disappointed that they didn’t last when I stopped doing the exercises

I was bought the one month membership as a present and then signed up for myself as I found myself looking forward to my face yoga sessions and knew my efforts would probably tail off otherwise. That was 8 months ago and I am still in love with the practice; you always feel so good after a session and i really see the long term benefits to my face.

At 44 my face suddenly seemed to age really fast. I was open to trying anything but thought I would start with the natural approach first and so glad I did. Not as quick or dramatic as botox, but made a significant difference to my complexion, wrinkles and overall firmed and toned look of my face.

I did the kickstarter programme and saw a tiny difference, but when i did take it up a level programme i noticed much bigger changes

I did so much research on face yoga programmes- this was definitely the right one for me. So easy and fun!

Philippa, Ross and Tam are lovely and I love joining the live classes to practice with others. The gentle community support is really encouraging.

My face just looks so much healthier since doing Luminous

I have been with Luminous for years, I find it the only way to keep face yoga as part of my routine. I do sometimes take breaks, but then I do a programme to get me back in the habit. The bootcamps are fantastic, I hope there will be another one soon.

My face shape has changed a bit in the year since i joined, it looks slimmer but maybe that is just less puffiness

The content and teachers are great, but i wish you could just buy a year instead of a subscription

Luminous has helped me stick to my face yoga routine- I tried to do the free stuff on youtube but just couldn’t be consistent.

I never get round to joining the live classes but I always do them on catch up and love following the programmes

I am thrilled with the results of the little facial yoga I have done. My muscles in the right hand side of my face going from the shoulder right up to the skull very tight  A bang on the head years ago breaking a shelf in half in the process has left me challenged and in pain. Just the one exercise of rolling my tongue around the inside of the mouth has released so much tension.

My face and soul thank you for the beautiful exercises and the amazing customer experience. I cannot stop recommending it when I look at my skinny happy face
