  Correct shipping methods will be offered at checkout once you have entered your delivery address CUSTOM CHARGES & VAT If your order is being shipped outside the European Union (EU), customs charges and taxes may apply that you will need to pay directly. All estimated delivery times could be delayed by customs entry procedures. Our prices are all listed in British pounds and VAT is included within our price if applicable. Luminous Face Yoga is unable to deliver to PO Box addresses. RETURNS We hope that you will be delighted with your order. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied we are happy to offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all goods returned to us within seven days of your receipt of goods provided they are in their original, unopened, unused and undamaged condition. We will consider the condition of the goods being returned when making a refund. VARIATIONS BETWEEN PRODUCTS Sometimes you may notice minor differences between products. This is due to the crystals being natural stones and therefore every product is unique. THE RIGHT PRODUCTS FOR YOU If you are unsure which product is the right one for you please do email us at info@luminousfaceyoga.com SENDING A RETURN Should you wish to cancel your order or return goods that may have arrived damaged, or you are not satisfied with the products, please notify us within 14 working days (beginning with the day following the day of delivery to you). STEP 1: Please email info@luminousfaceyoga.com providing your customer order number, the goods which are being returned and reasons why. STEP 2: Once you have received confirmation from the Luminous Face Yoga team, you will receive a returns form unique to your order via email. Please return the product(s) and printed returns form to: Luminous Face Yoga Hadlands, Sibford Gower Oxfordshire OX15 5RT We recommend that your return your items by recorded delivery as we cannot be held responsible for returned goods that do not reach our Returns Department. STEP 3: On receipt of the returned goods we will give you a refund of the amount paid for the goods. This could take up to 30 days although it will be actioned immediately. We do not refund the original delivery charge unless the goods are faulty or have been incorrectly supplied. Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us only in the case of damaged, faulty or incorrectly supplied goods.
