Lucy Mills is a qualified instructor in STOTT Pilates, TRX and Barre and has worked in some of London’s ultra premium clubs including KX Chelsea, The Harbour Club Chelsea and Mortimer House.
Lucy’s teaching focuses on form and correct alignment. She believes exercise should be mindful to strengthen the body for the long term. Lucy launched her own bespoke private client service, Your Ideal Fit in 2015 and her diverse clients consistently achieve long lasting results. Private clientele include celebrities, royalty, sports professionals, pre and post-natal mums, exercise newbies and those returning to exercise after injury and rehabilitation.
She also runs fitness retreats which have been recognised in numerous national publications such as Tatler, The Stylist and The Telegraph. We chat to Lucy about her daily routine, getting insight into her diet, wellness habits and working day.
