Simple Hake in a Bag with Zucchini Ribbons…

This particular recipe has become a summer favourite in our households because it is just so simple to make, yet looks sufficiently ‘efforty’ if serving it up to friends for dinner!

INGREDIENTS
2 fillets of hake
spinach
yellow or green courgette / zucchini ribbons (made with a spiralizer )
spring onions
chilli
basil
parsley
1 x lime, 1 x lemon
olive oil
salt & pepper
STEP-BY-STEP
Wrap it all up in a “bag” of parchment paper and bake in the oven on a medium heat for 10-15 mins until cooked.
