Today, we hear from fellow female founder, Alicia Drabble- Castellano, who kindly shares little snippets from her daily routine, and wellness tips she swears by.
Luminous member Alicia, is the founder of Single Swan, a wellness-focused clothing brand born from her personal journey. As a former teacher, she had to step away from education due to health challenges. After a period of uncertainty, she discovered a new purpose—creating a brand rooted in kindness: kindness to ourselves, to others, and to the planet.
Her mission is to empower women to move freely, embracing both sustainability and style through her comfortable, wellness focused clothing.

Where do you live?
Wimbledon Park, I love the community here.
How long have you been a member?
I’ve only just started a week ago and am already obsessed.
What is your favourite thing about your Luminous membership?
How it makes me feel. I love the idea that I am taking some time for self-care and doing positive for myself.
What time do you get up and go to bed?
It varies. Sometimes at 6:30 if it’s my turn to be up with the children or sometimes a bit later ( I have auto-immune complications so need to take it easy and rest lots). I love going to be about 9:30 and reading in bed.
What wellness/beauty product do you swear by?
I love my Happy Place App and listen to Katie George Meditations and Rob da Bank’s Yoga Nidra

What are your currently watching and reading?
I am currently watching White Lotus, love the style, outfits and the “interesting” characters. Currently reading ‘Growing Brave’ by Donna Ashworth. She writes the most beautiful and meaningful poems.
What is your favourite life quote?
It’s a Robin Williams quote “ Everyone you meet is fighting a battle you nothing about. Be kind. Always.”
